Shauna Finley

Biography

Fin16 Skydiving Services, LLC operates under the leadership of Shauna Finley, an FAA-certified Master Parachute Rigger and Designated Parachute Rigger Examiner. Since beginning her career in 2013, Shauna has built a reputation within the skydiving and parachute rigging industry for precision, consistency, and a safety-first approach to parachute inspection, repair, and training.

Shauna holds FAA Senior and Master Rigger certifications and currently serves as the Loft Manager and Head Master Rigger at Skydive Paraclete XP in Raeford, North Carolina. She is an AFF Instructor, Tandem Instructor, Coach Examiner, and PRO-rated Demonstration Jumper, with more than 2,500 skydives to date. Her professional experience includes formal training and contract work with leading manufacturers such as Sun Path Products, United Parachute Technologies, Performance Designs, and Vigil America. She has also provided technical support and instruction to military organizations, including the United States Navy, United States Marine Corps, and United States Air Force. 

In addition to her technical expertise, Shauna brings extensive leadership and instructional experience. For over seven years, she served as Eastern Regional Director for the United States Parachute Association and as a voting member of the Safety & Training Committee. With 11 years of service in the United States Marine Corps Reserve and 18 years with the New Jersey State Police, Shauna applies a disciplined, mission-focused mindset to every project.
